I create art because I believe in the importance of feeling good and feeling free to be yourself, especially when life hasn't always made that easy. As an introvert who has experienced difficult times, I've often found it easier to express myself through creativity than words. My love of nature, travel, quiet reflection and new experiences has taught me how much our surroundings can influence our happiness and wellbeing. I'm drawn to colour, movement and the unexpected because they represent so much of what I value in life: freedom, individuality, joy and the confidence to follow my own path.
