I create art because colour is where I feel most alive.
For me, it has always been about energy — the vibrancy of bold brights, the depth of layered texture, and the way colour, shape and mark-making can seem to pulse together with a life of their own. Creating art is my way of capturing that feeling of freedom, movement and possibility — like arriving somewhere new, or stepping into the first warmth after a long grey season.
